A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she refined her craft in the prestigious kitchens of the Ritz Hotel PARIS, where elegance and sophistication inspired her style.

In FRANCE, Chef Tania quickly gained recognition from the Gault & Millau Guide, catering to elite clients such as Salma Hayek and UNESCO.
